Required Skills: •Analyze customer credit activity and support credit limit reviews and adjustments. •Approve order releases for over-limit accounts when appropriate. •Answer customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, billing statements, and account balances. •Review payment remittances and investigate short pays, deductions, and payment discrepancies. •Reconcile customer accounts and ensure account balances are accurate. •Collaborate between customers and internal departments to resolve account issues. •Maintain customer account records across multiple systems and ensure information is accurate and up to date. •Research and resolve customer disputes while providing outstanding customer service. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions. •Knowledge of short-pay research and dispute resolution. •Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in multiple systems and databases. •Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. •Demonstrated capacity to successfully manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. •EEO, Veterans & Disabled Employer, and VEVRAA/503 Federal Contractor.
