Hiring: ACC Global Force Management (GFM) Analyst Company: VectorCSP Location: Hampton, VA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 10:43:07 Employment Type: Contract About the job Required Skills: •The Scheduling Team Support position schedules the AEF for various contingency and operational training events, aligns AEF units to most effectively support contingencies, exercises, training events, and other aerial events within the ACC contract portfolio in accordance with ACC direction. •Conduct studies to support scheduling the AEF for various contingency and operational training events, align AEF units to most effectively support contingencies, exercises, training events, and other aerial events. •Maintain appropriate databases and use the Consolidated Planning Schedule (CPS) to schedule units against validated requirements. Using CPS, align forces IAW AFFORGEN to support Combatant Commanders and contingency operations worldwide. •Assess combatant command operational plans (OPLANs) and conceptual plans (CONPLANs) for risks and recommend changes and sourcing solutions. •Assist with the development of the schedule using the HHQ Scheduling Construct and inter-MAJCOM agreements and coordinate it throughout the CAF Scheduling Integrated Product Team (SIPT) for approval. •Assist with the preparation of staff packages defining CAF scheduling issues and provide options as well as proposed courses of action to ACC leadership for their approval. •Assist with the preparation of and present briefings pertaining to the CAF exercise schedule, CAF alignment and AFFORGEN schedule. •Conduct analysis utilizing internet scheduling tools (e.g. Defense Readiness Reporting System [DRRS], and Joint Capabilities Requirements Manager [JCRM], Logbook) and other software to more efficiently align AF aviation units in support of contingencies, exercises and training events. Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree •Graduate from a DoD Pilot, Navigator, or Air Battle Manager training course •Three years of operations experience at or above the Wing level •Three years of HQ staff experience at or above the MAJCOM level Compensation: •$125,000 - $140,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
