Qualifications: •Applied hands-on capability in Veeva Vault Clinical Operations, preferably Veeva eTMF, CTMS, Study Startup, or Site Connect. •Proven experience supporting eTMF migration projects, including document migration, metadata mapping, source-to-target reconciliation, and validation testing. •In-depth knowledge of Trial Master File processes, TMF Reference Model, document completeness, inspection readiness, audit trails, and clinical document lifecycle management. •Demonstrated capacity to document functional requirements, business process flows, data mapping rules, test cases, traceability matrices, and migration-related deliverables. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. •Operational familiarity with Veeva Vault Loader, migration-center tools, bulk loading processes, and document migration utilities. •Knowledge of clinical trial operations, study-level data, site documents, monitoring documents, CRO user models, and inspection readiness expectations. •Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
