Hiring: 52k Forklift Operator Company: NOV Location: Beaumont, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 02:13:11 Target Skills & Keywords : Compliance, SAFe About the job Required Skills: •Forklift/Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for operating Heavy Duty 35k or 52k forklifts. •Operates and maintains forklift truck to ensure safe and efficient operation. •Transports material in between departments. •Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers •Maintain a steady flow of material through the yard. •Oversee the condition of the entire yard, all roads and pipe racks. •Communicate and coordinate with previous shift driver and relief driver. Proper and thorough turn-over. •Know the Beaumont yard layout. Qualifications: •High school diploma or GED preferred. •Experience operating 35,000 lb. and/or 52,000 lb. capacity forklifts. •Previous experience operating forklifts in an industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or pipe yard environment. •Valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification. •Demonstrated capacity to safely load, unload, transport, and stage materials. •Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform minor equipment maintenance. •Demonstrated capacity to inspect equipment and recognize mechanical or operational issues. •Demonstrated capacity to work safely in an outdoor industrial environment. •Strong communication and teamwork skills. •Demonstrated capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime as needed.
