The agent is responsible for working cooperatively with other county and state staff to plan, implement, maintain and evaluate Extension education programs for adult and/or youth clientele within designated coverage area. Other duties as assigned. •10% - UK43: Self-Improvement - Identify and participate in opportunities for self-improvement and professional development such as professional and in-service trainings. Work on increasing base knowledge in subject matter related to program team content area.
