Required Skills: •Lead the end-to-end reinsurance transaction process, including due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, negotiation, and integration planning. •Coordinate cross-functional teams (legal, actuarial, finance, operations) to ensure seamless execution and post-deal integration. •Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and external advisors throughout the deal lifecycle. •Prepare transaction approval materials and communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders. •Partner cross-functionally with legal team in drafting and reviewing regulatory submissions and responses. •Partner cross-functionally with asset managers to develop, maintain, and enhance the Asset-Liability Management (ALM) framework •Create and optimize capital structures, leveraging knowledge of economic capital and regulatory frameworks (primarily U.S., Bermuda, and SII). •Develop financial projections to support leadership in planning and decision making.
