Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent. •Basic knowledge of casting processes is advantageous, although not required. •Relevant coursework or certifications in casting or a related field are a plus, demonstrating a foundational understanding of casting principles. •Demonstrated capacity to follow instructions, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities. •Adherence to quality standards and production targets, as guided by the Leads and Supervisors.
