Hiring: 2nd Shift Maintenance Tech I Company: Donaldson Location: Greeneville, TN Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:31:25 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : CPT About the job Required Skills: •Self-motivated and aptitude to work independently. •Maintain preventative maintenance programs in assigned areas. •Able to work with computers (recording information, using to find information to perform the job) using ePAC software •Repair production equipment with minimal interruption to production. •Inspect, dismantle, service, reassemble, test and adjust equipment of all types for safe and proper operation. •Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems. •Interpret blueprints and schematics (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and piping) for machines and buildings. •Use basic shop tools such as lathes, mills, drill presses, saws, grinders, etc. Qualifications: •High school diploma/GED required •A minimum of two (2) year of related experience •A minimum of a two-year degree in Maintenance related area, Maintenance Technical/Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, or related field is preferred •Demonstrated capacity to work in a team environment toward a common goal •Flexibility and agility in an ever-changing environment •Perform a variety of tasks safely throughout the day in a fast-paced work environment •Demonstrated capacity to work off-shifts, weekends & extended shifts as required (i.e. 10-12 hours) •Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. •Stand for an extended amount of time •Working in and/or around loud machinery Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
