Required Skills: •Administer and maintain Windows/Linux Servers (AD, DNS, RDS, IIS), Hypervisor environments, container orchestrators, managed switches, firewalls, CI/CD infrastructure, and/or VPS/cloud infrastructure. •Design, install, and document software, network, and/or server infrastructure. •Troubleshoot/diagnose systems of all kinds when they are not functioning properly including:, servers, networks, PLC/SCADA/DCS systems, software environments,etc. •Perform system upgrades, patching, and preventative maintenance. •Lead or support FAT/SAT testing, field cabinet testing, and commissioning. •Deploy, monitor, and maintain software automation pipelines. •Provide on-site and remote customer support and troubleshooting. •Respond to service requests, create service tickets, document troubleshooting/resolutions.
