Required Skills: •Willingness and ability to develop, evaluate, and deploy innovative geomodeling technologies and workflows that improve business decision-making and subsurface reservoir characterization •Lead the development and implementation of advanced geomodeling methodologies, workflows, and digital solutions for reservoir characterization and field development applications. •Research, evaluate, and apply emerging technologies including machine learning, artificial intelligence, automation, and uncertainty quantification to subsurface modeling challenges. •Design, develop, and test new algorithms and workflow enhancements for geocellular model construction, property modeling, and reservoir characterization. •Partner cross-functionally with geoscientists, reservoir engineers, data scientists, and software developers to identify business needs and deliver practical technology solutions. •Develop tools and workflows to improve model quality, consistency, efficiency, and reproducibility across global assets. •Conduct benchmarking, validation, and quality assurance of geomodeling technologies and workflows using diverse datasets and reservoir settings. •Support implementation and adoption of new technologies through training, documentation, user engagement, and technical consultation. Qualifications: •What We Look For Master's degree in Geology, Geophysics, Earth Science, Petroleum Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required. A Ph.D. with a specialization in geomodeling techniques, geostatistics, computational geoscience, or related disciplines is strongly preferred.
