Qualifications: •A thorough knowledge and understanding of payroll tax and the regulatory environment, which includes federal, multi-state, and local tax regulations •The ability to read, understand, and analyze highly complex regulatory payroll tax information. •Interpret and analyze complex data, make determinations free from immediate direction, and ensure that payroll taxes are appropriately processed. •The ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and adapt to fast-paced environment. •Intermediate to advanced Excel skills •The ability to work both independently and collaboratively and possess strong customer service skills. . •Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification or Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred Compensation: •$56,000 - $70,000 / year •MasterTax and Prism/HRP experience preferred.
