Required Skills: •Serve as primary point of contact and functional lead for SAP ERP (HR/Finance) and Procurement systems. •Support rollout and adoption of global initiatives including G-ERP and SuccessFactors. •Partner cross-functionally with HQ teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and align local operations with global IT strategy. •Maintain enterprise data integrity, system reliability, integrations, and user support processes. •Design and develop custom analytics applications using Python, Django, and FastAPI technologies. •Build AI-driven agents leveraging OpenAI, Claude, and related frameworks to automate reporting and insight generation. •Modernize dashboards and reporting using Streamlit, Dash, React, or similar technologies. •Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for secure access to internal knowledge and documentation. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Functional knowledge of SAP Finance and ERP platforms. •Knowledge of SQL, data pipelines, RESTful APIs, and system integrations. •Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives. •SAP ERP enhancement, integration, or extension development experience.
