Required Skills: •Shift Requirement: Night / Weekend : Fri- Sun 5PM-5AM. •Maintains campus power systems, executes preventive maintenance, and ensures reliable electrical distribution for critical manufacturing operations. •Preferred experience: 4+ years of hands-on electrical maintenance in industrial data centers or heavy manufacturing, including hands-on work with high-voltage switchgear, UPS systems, emergency generators, and power redundancy protocols. •Works with management and technical staff to formulate plans on equipment placement and replacement as necessary. •Coordinates contract services, inspections, and audits as necessary. •Manages multiple projects varying in complexity using solid project management skills and tools. •Drives the supplier/contractor selection process and ensures that all orders/requisitions are placed with all necessary drawings, specifications, and documentation. •Monitors and reports progress status of projects along with quality, schedule, safety, security, productivity, administration, and worksite appearance to site management team and evaluates contractors on these aspects.
